Halloween Fun!

Here are some pictures of the boys. Kaden as you can tell was Batman and Kyle was Spiderman. I thought it would be fun to dress up being as pregnant as I am and Brittney's fairy costume actually fit. (I was hoping that it would make a cool story if my water broke while trick or treating and I would have to go to the hospital in my costume. I guess that didn't happpened) We had a fun night of trunk or treating followed by some good old fashion door to door trick or treating. The boys got hooked up with candy. Too bad Aunt Lindsey isn't here to share with.

Pregnancy update

(Kaden took this picture today)
So with the due date passing in a few hours, my hope of Kloe coming on time is lost. At least it's safe to say that she won't be born on Halloween. Here is the latest on my progress. I had a doctors appointment last Wednesday and finally I'm dilated to a 2 and 70% effaced. I know not much for most people, but for me that is an accomplishment. (I just didn't want them to tell me that I went backwards again) So with this new hope, they decided to strip my membranes. Like usual it didn't put me in labor but caused me a lot of discomfort. On the up side I feel like it got something going and now her head is down and engaged. I don't know about this girl. She seems stubburn so hopefully once SHE decides to come it will be fast. My next appointment is on Monday if I don't have her by then. At that time I will set up an induction date if needed.

HeeHaws

Halloween isn't complete until we visit HeeHaws pumpkin patch. It's nice that its right next to our house so all we have to do is walk over there. The boys had a blast with all their friends playing on the big slide, the hayride, and the train ride.

Adam and Kyle on the hayride. I have to say that heyrides and being nine months pregnant don't go well together.

Have to get the traditional HeeHaw picture.

The three musketeers enjoying the hayride.

Animal train ride. I'm just glad the kids are old enough to go on without an adult.

This was a big hit. The boys could have stayed here all day.

Born to be a Farmer

Adam has always said that he should have been a farmer. Kyle is following that same dream. While at HeeHaws the kids went in the petting zoo. Most kids are hesitant to touch the animals, let alone pick them up. Not Kyle. He has no fear, but great skills in trapping the animals and picking them up. The only animal that he couldn't catch was the pig, but he was a little big for him.

Happy Birthday Adam!

Yesterday was Adam's 31st birthday. We are so happy to have him in our lives. He is the best husband and dad we could ask for. We love him and appreciate all his hard work. Too bad Kloe couldn't be around for the party. Hopefully soon!

First snow fall of the year

Last Sunday we woke up to this. It only lasted the morning, just long enough for the kids to play in it. I didn't mind the cold weather since I have my own personal heater these days. But the cool weather didn't last long. Today was back into the 70's.

He's offically a kid

I'm a little late with this one but about a month or two ago Kaden learned to ride his bike without training wheels. This video was taken when he was still learning. Now he can ride all over the place. We have our fair share of crashes but that doesn't stop him from getting back on and riding crazy.

3 more weeks to go

Here is the most current pregnancy picture. I can't believe that I am already 37 weeks. For most people this means that the baby may come any day now, but I don't think that will happen for me. I have been checked twice now and I am dilated to a one and still pretty thick. I contract non-stop but it doesn't seem to matter. Oh well. Easier in than out they always say. I just hope she isn't too big when she comes. I want a cute little dainty girl. We will have to see. At 36 weeks the doctor predicted that she was 6 to 7 pounds already. I will keep you all updated if anything changes.

Fall Fun

I love all the four seasons we get to enjoy here in Utah. Hopefully fall isn't too short I'm not ready for snow yet. Our neighbors in the ward who own HeeHaws have a big corn field with delicious sweet corn. They were so generous to allow us to go and pick some. Our boys loved walking through the fields and finding corn. The corn was so good you could eat it without even cooking it. YUM! One day I thought I would capture some pictures of this fall event.

Kloe's Baby Shower

I know it has been a while, but hopefully I can get caught up. This blog goes way back to August when Brittney and Ashly gave me a baby shower. It was a lot of fun to get together with friends and family and little Kloe got quite spoiled. THANK YOU everyone who came and helped bring some pink into my life.

Here is a picture of some of my friends that are pregnant. We are all due within a month of each other. It's been fun being pregnant with them and can't wait to see all our baby girls. There are 8 women due in the month of October in our ward. CRAZY!
