Adventure City!

Adventure City is a little kid amusement park that my children just loved. All the rides were just at their level and they thought it was great to run free and best of all there were no lines!
Our little farmer love the petting zoo, of course.
Kloe wasn't a fan of riding turtles.

San Diego

While visiting my parents we went a little further south to visit my Aunt and Uncle Diane and Marty. We had a blast hanging out with their family and seeing my cousins. While down there we went to Lego Land, played in their pool, ate some good Mexican food, and went to a Padre's game. Thanks again Montgomery family for the fun weekend. The boys with Darth and Lego Land. Can you believe that he's made out of legos? Crazy!

Beach Babies

To add to our summer fun we went to California to visit family, the beach, and amusement parks. Here are some pictures of the kids playing in the sand. They had so much fun we went to the beach 4 times while we were visiting my parents.

Jello Fight

Yes, that is correct I did say JELLO FIGHT. Every year at Thanksgiving point there is a jello fight at the gardens. The "boys" had a blast throwing jello at mom and Kloe. We all got so messy but it was worth it. Kaden's shirt was stuck on him and his flip flops didn't do much fliping or flopping. If we didn't get messy enough with that we also had a popcicle eating contest and kool aid balloon toss. We definitly plan on doing this again next year.

Cherry Hill Camping (aka Cousin Camp)

I know I'm a little behind in updating my blog. It seems like July flew by and we are half way through August already. The beginning of July we went to Cherry Hill for our second annual cousin camp. We spent a day at the water park, a day at the Children's Discovery Museum, and lots of time having fun, being outside, running around, and playing cousin games. The first night be were there we had a birthday party for Kyle and Emma. It was a luau with pirates. Then the next night we had a birthday party for Hailey. I look forward to this trip all summer and can't wait for next year's cousin camp.

This picture cracks me up. I thought I was being smart by bring this booster seat/high chair to make feeding Kloe easier. As you can see that didn't go the way I planned.

Happy 4th Birthday Kyle!

Another year has gone by and our little boys is now 4. We have loved the last 4 years that he has been a part of our family. Sometimes I wish I could freeze time before they are off on their missions and getting married (I know I'm getting ahead of myself). The day started off with the birthday fairy decorating the house. Then Aunt Brittney took Kyle to the store to pick out his present. Guess what he picked...MOON SAND! Lucky mom! When dad got home we headed to the boys T-Ball game and then Carl's Jr. for a little party. After that we were off to the Owlz game (it was opening night) for some more baseball fun and the night ended with a firework show just for Kyle!

Strawberry Days

Every year in June Pleasant Grove has their annual Strawberry Days celebration. We look forward to a week full of fun activities. Here are a few that we went to. On Wednesday they have a children's parade where you can dress up your kids according to the theme. This years theme was A Bridge to the Past so we dressed the kids up as 50's people. It was last minute so this is the best we could come up with from what we had in our closets.

Friday was Huck Finn day at the park were we enjoyed face painting, donut walks, bounce houses, pony rides and some other little fun games. This is my favorite part of Strawberry days. They also flood a pond and stock it with fish for the kids to fish but we avoided the area this year since it was just mom with three kids.
Part of the Belle Monet boy gang!
That night we headed to the carnival with some friends. It was fun riding the big rides with the boys this year. Kyle is intense. He wanted to go on everything but he wasn't tall enough for a lot of them. The last ride of the night was the scrambler. Which Kyle and Kaden were going to ride together on but once again Kyle wasn't tall enough so I had to ride it with Kaden. Not the best thing to do after eating homemade chips(to die for) and a funnel cake.
