McKinley is 6 months!

Our baby girl is 6 months old already.  I can't believe it.  She is so much fun to have in our family.  We love her constant smiles and giggles and the way she lights up whenever she sees her brothers and sister.  She is such a happy baby and we just love her so much!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Adam celebrated another birthday.  I love him so much and am grateful everyday that he is a part of my life.
He started out the day with sleeping in and then lunch at Tucanos!
Ended the day with an awesome Giants game (who later won the world series) and family snuggles on the couch.
I LOVE THE GIANTS!

Day 5 of Fall Break: Children's Museum

We finally made it to the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum in SLC.  The kids love this place.  I wish it was a little closer to our house.  We would seriously go ALL the time.

The cute couple grocery shopping.  Is this a flash forward to the future?

I love you to the moon and back!

We decide to take Traks over to City Creek to do a little shopping.
The train ride was the highlight of the day!

Clifford came for a visit too!

Day 3 of Fall Break: Swimming

We went to the Lehi indoor swimming pool with Erin and Wes, and Brittney, Davey and Sophie

Day 2 of Fall break: Sick/Movie

We were suppose to go to the children's museum but woke up with sick kids, so plans changed.  Kloe was croupy and Kyle said his stomach hurt in the middle of the night.  We took it easy most of the day, but after an hour of being awake, everyone was fine.  We decided to go to the movies instead.  In the spirit of Halloween, we saw Paranorman.  It was FREAKY!

Later that night we rented some movies and had a family movie night!

Daddy Daughter Date!

They went to the movies to see Brave.  Kloe loved every minute of it.

Conference Time

This session of conference was amazing.  President Monson announced a change in the age that men and women can serve missions.  Men are now allowed to serve at age 18 while women can serve at age 19.  I love this change.  Kaden and Kyle will be able to leave right after high school graduation.  No more partying the summer after high school, which I'm sure will be a good thing!  This change will also make it easier for Kloe and Mckinley to serve missions too.  I got married at age 20 so never had this opportunity but hopefully they won't be married at 18 and can decide if a mission is best for them. I love the gospel so much and a living prophet to give us guidance for these latter days.

Some conference traditions.  Thank you Pinterest for the cup idea!

Tuesday Night Lights!

Every Tuesday night and some Saturdays for the month of September and October the boys play flag football through the Pleasant Grove Rec Center.  It has been so much fun watching them interact with their teammates and seeing the differences between the two of them.  Kaden is way more aggressive while Kyle tries to stay clear of the ball.  Some of the highlights for the season... Kaden playing quarterback every game and catching interceptions while playing defense  Kyle also got his hand at quarterback and loved kicking the ball.  I'm so proud of them and their love for sports.  I hope they keep this passion alive.  Also, Donny Osmond was at one of Kyle's game.  I think his son was the other team's coach

Day 1 of Fall Break: Park Hopping!

The kids have 3 days off of school for fall break.  To keep everyone happy we planned fun things to do everyday.  The first day we went park hopping.  I found some fun parks that my kids hadn't really gone to, all in the same area, and we played from park to park.  It was a fun inexpensive way to spend the day.  The kids loved it.

First Stop:  Bonneville Park

Second Stop: Windsor Park

Fun playground.  There are also swings but you can't see them.
Kinley trying to sneak in a little nap.
This park has a great hill to run and roll down.
The girls had a ton of fun in this tree.  They called it their house.
Doesn't she make a cute little monkey?
McKinley learning to sit up.  Such a big girl!

Last Park:  Orem City Park

This playground wasn't as big as the other too but had some fun tall slides.
Kaden Finally getting around to eating his lunch.
As always such a happy girl to be outside all day.

We had such a fun day exploring new parks.  I also wanted to add that each park had tall mature tress so there was plenty of shade and big fields that the boys had fun playing football on.  We will definitely be doing this again soon with a new city.  Can't wait!

Hee Haw Farms

Kloe joined some friends on their field trip to Hee Haw Farms.  Halloween isn't complete without going.  Best farm around!
We have to go back with the boys.

Wes and Kloe were terrified of the animals.  It was hilarious!
